DTG (Direct to Garment) is a printing method that sprays ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. To better understand this method, think of it as a paper printer. The difference is that instead of printing on paper the printer is printing directly onto the shirt. This method is good for minimal runs. With DTG printing you can print an endless number of colors.
This process works best with cotton material.

DTF (Direct to Film) is another printing method that is like DTG, but it’s printed onto a film. As the design is printed onto the film, glue is applied and then it is dried for the final curing process. Once the film is printed the artwork is cut and then heat pressed to the desired material.
There are many advantages of printing DTF. First, this method is suitable for all different types of fabric. It can be applied to hats, shirts, totes, koozies, pillowcases, towels, cinch bags, etc. Artwork can be scaled to various sizes to accommodate each size/s being printed.
