D's Print Shop Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are completed within 7-10 business days from the time we receive payment. In some cases, items may be completed before our guaranteed time frame.

We take all major forms of payment.

Use the request quote. Make sure to include all the details for your project. From there we can review it and email you back with a quote. We can also get on a call to go over everything and make sure we’re both on the same page.

Of Course! Once your order is completed, you will receive an automated email letting you know. At that time, you are welcome to provide us with your own shipping labels or we can ship it ourselves and add the shipping cost to your invoice. Please note that your balance must be paid before we can schedule a shipment for your items.

Yes. Under most circumstances, we are able to accelerate the turnaround time of your order for an added fee. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details.

Yes. We can print inside labels. You can provide size tags with artwork desired, and we print them to your desired needs. If you don’t have art for size tags, we can provide custom art tags for you.

If you have a specific brand you would like to print on, we can outsource it for you. We also carry different samples that you in our Print Studio to come see and feel for yourself.  We can set an appointment to come see what we have to offer.

Yes! Design jobs are quoted on a case by case basis at $65 per hour. Typesetting can be done for as little as $35. We can go over your project with the ideas you provide and guarantee you a design that you will be satisfied with.

Our minimum quantity is 24 garments. We can make an exception to print a lower quantity. Keep in mind with large volume orders you receive a better price breakdown per garment printed. We offer alternative print methods that don’t require any minimums. Please email all info and desired quantity to see what we can offer.

Yes, besides inside labels. We can fold, bag and tag your garments. Additional finishes include remove tag and sew label. We sew labels to your desired placements on garments.

Absolutely. Not only do we provide a mockup for approval we always provide a physical sample prior to full production.
